after all my Big Talk (see #3) on June 7th I found a way to go beyond forgettin' 1 item on the list...I forgot the Whole Bleepin' List...
man...and since it was useless to proceed without The List...since there were many many things a Nameless Somebody (okay...me) let #17 run out of...I left the store parking lot, drove home and went straight back...
It never fails...when I think I have gotten 1 Little Thing in Life down pat, the Universe gives me a swift kick for my amateur Hubris Attempt...
oh well...I'm still workin' on my 5 New Things (I actually have 2 of them...)
and My 100th Post is comin' up here shortly...in the Manner of Many Bloggers, I'll be doing a Drawing for Comments on my 100th post..I'll post a pix of the prize some time soon...

Love your blog!
Don't be so hard on yourself! You're way ahead of the game in that you've given the subject some thought. Alot of people couldn't care less. Tomorrow is another day (as Miz Scarlett said).

Come on, Come on, At least you care enough to act. Most people could care less. Anyway, take it easy on yourself. We are only human. Jamie
I do it too...and I so can relate - it is very aggravating.
BTW last night while doing laundry I thought of one of my favorite recycle things. I use vinegar as fabric softener in my wash as it neutralizes the detergent and doesn't leave an odor. The large (over a gallon) jugs are of a more rigid plastic than most jugs so I poke holes in the bottom, and bury them next to the tomato plants so that the tomatoes are watered from the roots as they prefer.
Oh, isn't it always the case? That's me too, always forgetting the main something that I went to the store for in the first place.
...and congratulations on your almost 100th post!
Hi - Thanks for stopping by. I've just collected another carload of wonderful colour. No, I certainly couldn't resist it!
I'm so glad someone else forgets to take their list. I invariably forget mine, so end up buying everything just in case it was needed! Hubby tends to do most of the shopping these days, and we're within walking distance so his footprints are at least eco-friendly!
